  • Laptop and desktop rentals

  • IT asset lifecycle management

  • Device deployment and support services

  • Custom enterprise solutions

All services are subject to availability and mutually agreed commercial terms.

Eligibility

Eligibility to Use Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old

  • You must represent a valid business entity or organization

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information

Rental Agreement & Minimum Commitment ⭐ (VERY IMPORTANT)

Rental Terms

  • All devices are provided on a rental basis

  • A minimum rental commitment period (e.g., 3/6/12 months) applies as agreed at the time of order

  • Early termination may result in applicable charges

This ensures operational sustainability and service continuity.

Pricing & Payments

Billing & Payments

  • Rental charges are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed

  • Payments must be made within the agreed credit period

  • Delayed payments may result in:

    • Late fees

    • Service suspension

    • Device retrieval

Security Deposit

Deposit Terms

  • A refundable security deposit may be required

  • Deposit refunds are subject to:

    • Device return condition

    • Inspection and approval

Deductions may apply for damages or missing components.

Device Usage Policy

Acceptable Use

Clients agree to:

  • Use devices for lawful business purposes only

  • Not tamper, resell, or sublease devices

  • Maintain devices in good working condition

Unauthorized usage may result in termination of services.

Maintenance & Support

Service & Support

TriYantra provides:

  • Repair and maintenance support

  • Device replacement in case of hardware issues

  • SLA-based response times

Support scope depends on the selected service plan.

Changes to Terms

Updates to Terms

TriYantra reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.

Damage, Loss & Liability

Liability for Devices

  • Clients are responsible for:

    • Physical damage

    • Theft or loss

    • Negligence or misuse

  • Costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly

Ownership of Devices

Ownership Clause

All devices provided by TriYantra remain the property of TriYantra or its partners/suppliers.

Clients are granted usage rights only during the rental period.

Termination of Services

Termination

TriYantra reserves the right to terminate services in case of:

  • Non-payment

  • Breach of terms

  • Misuse of devices

Upon termination:

  • Devices must be returned immediately

  • Pending dues must be cleared

Returns & Pickup

Device Return Process

  • Devices must be returned in original condition (normal wear and tear accepted)

  • Pickup will be scheduled by TriYantra

  • Charges may apply for:

    • Damages

    • Missing accessories

Limitation of Liability

TriYantra shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Data loss or downtime

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own data backups.

Data & Privacy

Data Protection

Client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

TriYantra does not access or store client data unless required for support purposes.

Force Majeure

Unforeseen Circumstances

TriYantra shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in service due to events beyond control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Supply chain disruptions

Governing Law

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
