Praveen Reddy
Founder & CEO
Praveen Reddy brings over 12 years of experience in Customer Experience, Operations, and Business Strategy, having worked with high-growth consumer and technology companies such as Wakefit and POP.
At Wakefit, Praveen played a key role in scaling customer operations by building structured CX processes and performance frameworks around CSAT, NPS, and First-Contact Resolution, helping improve customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency during periods of rapid growth.
At POP, he led strategic CX initiatives focused on designing scalable operational systems, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
Praveen is currently pursuing an MBA from a London-based university, further strengthening his expertise in business strategy, entrepreneurship, and global technology markets.
