At TriYantra, we are committed to providing reliable and high-quality device rental services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments are handled.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges

  • Once the device has been dispatched, cancellation requests may incur logistics and handling charges

  • For deployed devices, cancellation is subject to the agreed minimum rental period

Refund Eligibility

Dispute Resolution

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Device delivered is defective or not as per agreed specifications

  • Order is cancelled before dispatch

  • Duplicate or excess payment made

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Partial usage of rental period

  • Violation of agreed rental terms

Billing Disputes

If you have concerns regarding billing or charges:

  • Notify us within 3 business days of invoice receipt

  • Our team will review and resolve the issue promptly

Rental Billing Policy

Subscription & Billing

  • Rental charges are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed

  • Once a billing cycle begins, it is non-refundable

  • Early termination of rental will not qualify for prorated refunds unless explicitly agreed

Security Deposit (If Applicable)

Security Deposit Refunds

  • Any refundable security deposit will be returned after:

    • Device pickup

    • Inspection and quality check

  • Deductions may apply for:

    • Physical damage

    • Missing accessories

    • Misuse beyond normal wear and tear

Refund timelines: 5–10 business days after successful inspection

Non-Refundable Charges

Non-Refundable Fees

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Delivery and logistics charges

  • Installation/setup fees (if applicable)

  • Any third-party service charges
